What a session looks like
Your first visit begins with a short movement conversation, followed by a tailored session on the equipment. Wear comfortable clothing; everything else is provided.

One simple price

per 60-minute session · in the studio or online · no packages, no lock-ins
Includes a short chat before your first session, a program built around you, and full classical apparatus. Need to reschedule? Just give 24 hours' notice. Risk-free: if your first session isn't right for you, you don't pay.
